I've wasted so much energy and money on alllll the things - journalling, meditating, dozens of different fitness programs, a zillion podcast episodes, my shelves were filled with self-help books - trying to "fix" what I was struggling with and fill what was missing: a feeling of success, fulfillment and enough-ness.

The problem is that what those people are telling you to try is to get to THEIR version of success…
